CIBIO-InBIO RESEARCH AWARDED IN THE XIV NATIONAL MEETING FOR EVOLUTIONARY BIOLOGY
The XIV National Meeting for Evolutionary Biology (ENBE), which was held at the Museu Nacional de História Natural e da Ciência in Lisbon, gathered Evolutionary Biologists working in Portugal and abroad in order to foster new ideas and collaborations, promoting scientific excellence.
Inês Miranda won the “Best Oral Presentation” award, with the talk "Understanding the genetic basis of seasonal coat colour variation in the least weasel (Mustela nivalis) from museum genomics”, carried out in the scope of the master thesis which she is developing at CIBIO-InBIO.
ENBE "Best Oral Presentation" award, awarded by the Portuguese Association of Evolutionary Biology (APBE), is the registration for the next meeting of the European Society for Evolutionary Biology, which will take place in August 2019.
