Biology in the Summer 2010-2015

This section presents the various Summer activities funded by Agência Ciência Viva – Agência Nacional para a Cultura Científica, in the context of the programme Ciência Viva no Verão, in which CIBIO-inBIO’s researchers have been involved along the years.

Covering a wealth of topics, these activities are mainly intended at raising awareness about biodiversity and the importance of its conservation in an informal and relaxed environment. Most of them focus on the observation and understanding of the organisms which can be found in urban areas, providing a refreshing overview on the biodiversity with which we share our daily lives.

These activities are open to the general public, from various age ranges.
