I am a recent postdoctoral researcher interested in the fields of molecular evolution and phylogenetics. During my PhD I worked in phylogenetics, including analysis of selection (dN/dS), development of substitution models of evolution, phylogenetic tree and ancestral sequence reconstruction, among others, with particular interest in proteins.
