My networks
I am a Portuguese-Angolan biologist with a degree in Biology from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto and a Master's in Ecology and Environment from the same institution. During my dissertation I carried out fieldwork in central Angola and studied the feeding behavior of the Giant sable and the differences between the sexes.
I am a PhD student in the Biosciences program at the University of Coimbra and my research will largely expand on my master’s project. Incorporating DNA analysis techniques, and also comparing with roan antelope diet.
My areas of interest are Ecology, Biodiversity, Conservation. I'm also interested in nature and wildlife photography, and scuba diving.
