My networks

My main interests are evolutionary ecology, biostatistics and evolutionary genomics. I like to use amphibians and reptiles as model species for studying evolutionary processes and quick adaptation to new factors (both biotic and abiotic factors). For this reason, alien species and environmental changing conditions are some of my preferred target.

Currently I am working in a project that tries to unravel the future impacts of climate change on the sex ratio of a widespread gecko species (Tarentola mauritanica). For that purpose, we will investigate the incubation temperatures that determine each sex and the genes involved in the process.
