I have a bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences from the University of Perugia (ITA) and I am enrolled in a master's course in Forestry and Environmental Sciences in Viterbo (ITA).
My passion for molecular laboratory work began with my bachelor's thesis. During that time I worked at CREA-DC - Research Centre for Plant Protection and Certification in Rome, studying the diagnosis and recognition of some phytopathologies of fruit trees present in Italy.
During the master, I moved to Portugal and I took the chance of applying for the Erasmus Traineeship, which gave me the possibility of participating in the CellDivCork project and become an official member of this project in CIBIO.
