OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF THE CIBIO-InBIO´s UNESCO CHAIR CALLS MEDIA ATTENTION

The UNESCO CHAIR Life on Land encompasses an exceptional set of training, academic and professional development, research and promotion of scientific culture, in areas of extreme relevance such as the conservation of biodiversity and the management and conservation of resources and of natural heritage.

Representives from UNESCO, governmental institutions, academia and private sector from seven countries joined the UNESCO Chair launch, where CIBIO-InBIO TwinLabs network and the advanced training programmes where presented to the public, along with the partner institutions from South Africa, Angola, Mozambique, Namibia and Zimbabwe.

The positive repercussion among participants, partners and public was highlighted by the media.
