I finished my bachelor studies in Natural Science at Università degli Studi di Milano in 2017 and I am currently attending a MSc in Biodiversity, Genetics and Evolution and at the University of Porto (CIBIO). My main research interests are herpetology, taxonomy, morphometry, biogeography, phylogeography, ecology and conservation biology.

My MSc thesis concerns clarify the diversity within the genus Mesalina, Gray, 1838, the description of a new species and defining its priority conservation areas using observational and morphological data, together with G.I.S., ecological models and molecular tools.
