BIONATURA – Cooperação e Sinergias para o Desenvolvimento da Rede Natura 2000 e a Preservação da Biodiversidade da Região da Macaronésica

This Project aims at advancing the knowledge of the specific elements of biodiversity in order to establish evaluation criteria for the biota and, thus, becoming able to estimate its conservation state. At the same time, it intends to lay the planning and managing methodological foundations for Natura 2000 Network of Macaronesia, gathering knowledge and experience in the field from the appropriate administrative services, as well as to promote and divulge the Network, taking into consideration that most people are not aware of its goals and implications.
