I have a MSc in Conservation Biology from the University of Lisbon. After my MSc I have worked mainly with seabirds and sea turtles, either in Portugal or abroad. This pursue has led me to stay in all kind of environments: from a Cape Verdian dry deserted island where there was no freshwater to a luxurious tropical island in Thailand.
In 2021 I stayed in Príncipe Island for 5 months studying the impacts introduced mammals have as nest predators in the native avifauna and I am now working as the TROPIBIO field technician.
