Jorge Neves graduated in Chemistry from the University of Porto and went on to receive his MSc and PhD in Environmental Science & Technology degrees from the same University, with research stays at the University of Utah. His research focused on the chemistry and biochemistry of marine natural products for biotechnological application. He has post-doctoral experience in European Project Management in the environmental area, biodiversity conservation, and climate change adaptation.
