João Lourenço Monteiro

I found my passion about communicating science still in the University. After the MSc course in Developmental Biology, I worked in several institutions promoting science and developing scientific contents.

My main interest is making the more or less complex scientific-related issues accessible to the different kinds of public. At the present, I am working in the Atlantic Aquatic Resources Conservation Project, in CIBIO-InBIO. I am developing not only online and media contents, but also organizing events, which will provide useful information to our target publics.
