With an extensive and diversified (national and international) professional experience, Joana Filipa Alves is registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2012. Law Degree from Universidade de Coimbra (2007), Executive Certificate in Finance and Compliance from Hong Kong University, Specialization in European Union Law (Universidade do Minho) and Land-use planning, Urbanism and Environmental Law (CEDOUA, Universidade de Coimbra). Practice of Law since 2010, Joana was Manager at CW CPA in Hong Kong, between, 2016 and 2019, and has collaborated with different Chinese governmental bodies, chambers and international organisations, such has Invest Hong Kong, Invest Shenzhen or Invest Guangzhou. Responsible, also, for the content of titles published between 2019 and 2022 by JusNet – Wolters Kluwer related with Labour Law, Insolvency, Fiscal Law, Commercial Law and other.
