David Vázquez Loureiro

I graduated in Biology for the University of Coruña, and I did a Master degree in Enviromental Science and Natural Resources at de University of Santiago. My PhD Thesis focuses on a paleoenviromental reconstruction of two Azorean lakes (Azul Lake and Santiago Lake) based on the fossil diatom record. Its main objective is to understand the role of North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) on the evolution of these ecosystems, as well as other forcing factors such as antropogenic impact.
