Research

Within CIBIO three different but related research lines are: i) the assessment of molecular diversity in natural populations, ii) the analysis of biodiversity patterns at the species and ecosystem levels, and iii) the use and characterization of plant and animal genetic resources. Along these research lines, CIBIO is organized in different research groups. These research groups are headed by a Group Leader and have a high degree of scientific autonomy.
